We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last 3 years, when we've been over from Australia visiting family who live nearby. We always book this hotel because of the friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location and great value for money. We always enjoy having a drink in the foyer bar after a day/night out to unwind. The staff are always helpful and friendly and make us feel welcomed. The food is great and it's nearby to some lovely walks along the Bridgewater canal, pubs and coffee shops. On our final visit the staff put the Euro finals on the TV in the hotel lounge and we could watch it in a relaxed environment over dinner and a drink.

The room was spacious, staff very nice, you get free parking if you are a guest, they let us park the car before check in and let us check in early as room was ready. Location was quiet, room was quiet shower was pretty good. Bar was good, didn't eat in restaurant but it smelt amazing. Even had a little gym. Location of the hotel was far from Manchester but we knew that, took a bus (nr35) which took 50 mins to get to Manchester because of the many stops and the bus stop was 1 min away on the other side of the road. Worsley was very interesting place, medieval style, had a few pubs to eat etc.

Me and my mum came to this hotel to watch mcfly at barton aerodrome. This place came up and it was an exceptional value for my money. We had never stayed in a hotel like this before, and we definitely will stay here again. The staff when we arrived made us both feel warm and welcome, very attentive and helpful. The ladies were very chatty and were very polite. The night staff were also very friendly when we got back at the later hours. We didn't feel rushed when we checked out and helped us with directions back to where we came from. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Fantastic stay

This is the 2nd time we have visited Novotel West Manchester and we are delighted to know we have certainly found our 'go to' hotel after a number of years staying in various hotels in the area whilst visiting family. A special thank you to Grace who is absolute asset, she is so friendly and helpful and also to Neil and Ras who helped our little boy with the treasure hunt for the animal pictures around the hotel through the APP. We really enjoy staying at the hotel and the atmosphere in the bar area in the evenings is always so chilled. Look forward to the next visit.

Very clean and friendly hotel with plenty of parking. Our standard room was relatively spacious and well appointed. The large sofa was good for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Overall breakfast was good value and plentiful and it set us up for the day. Good choice of teas and even fresh root ginger for ginger tea. The hotel is an easy to find, ideal base for visiting RHS Bridgewater and exploring the Bridgewater Canal.
